Great location, very near main backpacking area but down a lane so away from noise. Staff were nice at reception, breakfast staff did not seem interested at all.
some rooms do not have windows but you are anyway always outside and the staff is really nice always ready to help :)-
Everything about this budget hotel is great! It's almost like you're in a good hotel, except the room is smaller and the TV is correspondingly smaller. There is even a lift so you don't have to drag your luggage up the stairs. Main grouse is that we couldn't get the water heater to work but the staff was very ready to offer help, even though he did not speak English. Lovely food places a stone's throw away. Will definitely return!
Arrived and stayed at golden wind hotel for 2 nights. Really pleased with the overall experience.. Check in was a breeze, friendly staffs to attend to our various needs and lots of really good local authentic food around the hotel. Money well spent for sure! :)

Good budget hotel is slightly tricky to find down a couple of alleyways but easy to get to once you know where it it is. Rooms are really clean and well furnished. The bathroom and shower is really big and clean aswell. Valuables can be stored in your own individual lock box to which you have the key and can access at any time. Some confusion over our hostelworld booking we booked 3 beds but got a double and single bed, managed to upgrade to 3 single beds at reception for a few dollars extra.
