The hotel was a good value for money, but it didn't have the room to dry wet shoes and gloves. Everything else was fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gondola Apartments and Suites. The manager was lovely and helped us with anything we needed. The room was very spacious and excellent value for money.

We're not satisfied at all! The location of the hotel is bad. It was difficult to find it. There were no parking place at all! Allegedly,all rooms were occupied although there weren't a sole in the hotel. The room which was reserved for us was cramped and dark. We were surprised by the impoliteness of the stuff, especially by the manager of the hotel, who had several outburst of rage to the customers. I personally heard him shouting at people who made remarks!
