had a great time there! A free coffee in the afternnoon (for free all day!) in the beautifull community area was great. dorm and bathroom facilitys were clean and nice. slight donwpoint was maybe the matress, not really commfy, but thats asia. Staff was overly helpfull and made me had a really good time. Thanks.

Great little hostel. We stayed here for 4 nights while in Chiang Mai. It was close to everything and everyone was really friendly. The wifi works well and there are toast, tea and coffee all day. You can even hire a scooter for something like $10 AUD a day. Very cheap!!

Really great find in Chiang Mai away from the touristy party hostels on the south side of the old city. Like its name says, this is a guest house so it's great for talking to the owners and chilling with other guests in the large common area with cheap beer they sell. The owners did an amazing job hosting us for the lot katong festival (lanterns and boats). They arranged group activities like making the offerings and walking us over to where the local people celebrate! Definitely rec!

I had an amazing stay here. The facilities are good, I stay in the dorms. Each bunk bed had a light an outlet, the common area was outside which is very nice as long as you put on a little bug spray. However the people who run the place are amazing! They honestly made you feel like family and were very accommodating. I was here for the big lantern festival and they arranged cheap transportion and the next night gave us materials to make our own river offerings.

Comfortable stay, with friendly staff and a sweet little garden and chill out area. Free tea, coffee and toast all day, but no other food. Lovely little place with good, clean dorm bathrooms, though the ensuites left a little to be desired. Overall I was happy.

good hostel!

We only booked for 1 night but at arrival we booked 2 nights more. The garden is rally beautiful and quiet and you can relax if you want, you can also meet people because many people sit in de garden the whole day. The rooms are clean, and in the private rooms there is shampoo etc, but you have to use your own towel. Its in the old center so you can easily go to the night bazaar. The owners are really nice and want to help you with everything. I certainly want to come back!

lovely relaxed atmosphere and very friendly helpful staff, couldn't recommend it more.

Great little oasis to relax in while in Chiang Mai. Basic enough bungalows but spotlessly clean. Free coffee, tea and toast all day is a really nice touch! The staff were friendly and helpful and I would happily recommend. Only drawback is the location. Bit of a walk to the bar, restaurant and market area. Although the local places to eat nearby were great and much cheaper than the touristy part if town!

The downfall was the bathroom in our room and the shower was beyond dirty and the smell of sewage continuous although worse in the morning. We know that this was a good price for the facilities available but nevertheless didn't feel this was appropriate to give guests as public toilets we used were cleaner than this. It was very disappointing as we felt we were trying to avoid being in the room at all. Also there was alot of Mosquitos, geckos

only negative of this charming place: as travel agency they should have warned us before booking a speed boat ride to luang prabang as there have been many accidents in the past

Very nice outside common area with free toast and tea, coffee. Smelly bathroom.

Really good place, very quiet, easy to chill and close to everything!! Best place in Chiang Mai for people who want to be more in the nature.
