The staff was nice and helpful... but the place itself was completely disgusting dirty. We have never seen such a dirty hostel before (also not the cheaper one...).

GoNow seems to be one of the cheaper places to stay in Brisbane, particularly for a private room. The staff were very nice and the location was reasonable (10-15 minute walk into town, but there are buses nearby) and the noise level at night is low. More space for food preparation is needed, and there aren't enough tables and chairs indoors. The floors upstairs are a little dirty, as are the showers. There aren't enough showers or sinks or places to hang your clothes.

Rules which make you feel like a child but also stop it be a party hostel. It's really unclean, a rush around with a mop does not a clean house make. The beds were filthy, but don't worry they give you linen to hide that. They give free rice everyday which is great if you're on a budget. Good location if you want to be in west end. We checked out early after getting a flat in the city and they were nice enough to refund the extra nights. a generous 6/10

This is a good place to stay for the price. It's not terribly clean, but staff are friendly and there were never queues for facilities. It can be quite noisy, with guests remaining in the common areas drinking loudly until early morning on weekends, so bring earplugs! Otherwise, a great place to stay and I'd definitely return. The surrounding area is trendy with great bars and restaurants as well as weekend markets that are only a 5-10 minute walk.
