The staff was not really helpful or willing to be; the shared bathrooms, even after the cleaning service passed, were not really clean.

Great location, room was huge could of fitted a family of twelve in it. Loads of room for activities and some grappling. Good hostel if your looking for a cheap place to stay with a great location.

Nice hostel, great location, spacious rooms and pretty much everything you need for a short stay.

Good hostel, just a quick walk to town. quiet enough, quite a big hostel but a good price

The staff are some of the friendliest hostel staff I've come across and the free breakfast is pretty good. The bathroom in our dorm smelt no matter what, but it was in a separate room so it wasn't unbearable. Over all, a really good experience.

Was really no atmosphere in this hostel, the common room was barely used and everything was far too spread out. Also had worries about the security - it seemed they just let anyone be buzzed in but did not check who they were

Thanks for your remarks. We are sorry for our common room being too big :-) We are making it more cosy now by adding curtains and decorations. As for the security - you are totally right, but the issue is already fixed! We installed magnetic code locks on every floor, so now the hostel is accessible for guests with magnetic badge attached to room key only.

Lovely room, clean and spacious with a modern shower room. Communal kitchen was pleasant and clean but poorly equipped, communal areas could have done with a couple of proper tables to eat at rather than purely sofas and coffee tables. Staff were extremely helpful.

Not an overly great hostel, common room way out of the way no one uses it at all also no bar the rooms are just rooms average large enough but very basic. They try for a funky hipster theme but they have misted the mark. With a few small changes I would have a totally different report. Try again good bye lenin

Thank you for your opinion. Well this is still a relatively new hostel and improvements are constantly being made by us. We work hard on decorations and room equipment, and the basement bar may be in use next year!

The location of the hostel was convenient but the building had terrible soundproofing! Every time anyone turned a lock or a doorknob it resonated through the entire hallway and this made it difficult to sleep.

Girl down at reception was LOVELY. Very helpful with whatever stupid things we came up with. Clean, wonderful location which meant that we could just pop out to the city centre no hassle at all. Only thing is that it's very basic and the walls were very thin... and we were unlucky enough to have the King of all snorer's staying in the room next to us. They have lockers at reception.

We liked our stay, esp. the breakfast and free tea/coffee 24hrs.The hostel is easily accessible by public transport. We stayed in a double private room with a shared bathroom. The room was quite spacious (for a hostel), but poorly furnished. Would it hurt to install a cloth hanger and a "normal" height table with 2 chairs? The bathroom lacked a mop or a cloth to wipe the floor. The staff was warm and helpful, if a little forgetful.

The location and the value for money is great. The rest needs improvement and by improvement I don't mean just repainting the walls as they did. I was there 2 times and the beds are just terrible , you can sleep on them 2-3 night after that your body starts to hurt . Of course some people just need any place to sleep for them I guess it will be fine. The big bonus is included breakfast and not a lot of hostels have this, specially at these prices . Internet works fine anywhere.

They only employ very beautiful women for the reception clearly. 2 problems we faced: getting in late at night, as you have to be buzzed in. Once this took about 30 minutes. I am not sure if there was supposed to be a code we were to be given, but we were not. The other issue was that there were a couple of things broken in the room before we arrived, although it did not directly affect our stay. For the price it was still excellent! Plus, what a sick name for a hostel.

The hostel was not so close to the center as described in the site. The room was not clean at all. The sheets were dirty and for sure not changed after previous people left the room. There was a very dirty couch as well. The pictures of the room in the site of the hostel were not similar to what the room looks like. There was not a hair drier. The excursions organized were very expensive: the day to Ausvits costs 115 zlotty if you book it in the hostel (it costs 79 zlotty somewhere else)

Dear guests. We firmly assure everyone that bed linen is changed after EVERY guest check-out as our standard procedure and there is no possibility not to change it. Also, we do have 4 hairdryes to let to our guests free of charge. Sometimes they are all rented, so we ask to wait until they are returned. As for the trips - the price depends on separate company, not on the hostel. Other companies may provide tours for less, probably with lower standards and less service

They were very helpful! The place was also quite comfortable. Even despite construction which wasn't too disruptive.
