Room was freezing, there was a problem with the window. There was also a problem with my locker, could easily be opened. Staff doesn't speak english. 5 floors and no elevator.

Coffee vending is cheap but just a small cup. Probably all lockers are broken, can budge open easily. However every single door around hostel requires card key access, kind of balance the security issue. Overall, it was good! Except for the part i had to check out at 6am to catch a train but there was no staff at the reception for a good 30mins. Gate was locked until i found a tiny door to get out.

Great hostel for if you want somewhere safe and close to stay in St P. The security was amazing (key cards programmed only for your floor, room and common areas) and very close to metros and train station. There was wifi for every room and a european plug and light in each bed. It seemed as though some guests lived at the hostel, and so often common areas and rooms felt like dorms, where people weren't very respectful of other people sleeping and were loud at all times of the night.
