How to get there....

FROM THE BORDER:
Take a taxi to Changuinola, Finca 60, then a water taxi to Isla Colon; we are located 100 meters to the left when you arrive. This would all costs about $10.

FROM THE PANAMA CITY:
BY BUS FROM DAVID-CHIRIQUI: take a bus from the International Bus Terminal in David to Almirante/Changuinola. Let the driver know ahead of time that you want to stop at ALMIRANTE. The bus takes about 4 hours to arrive at Almirante. From there take a taxi to any water taxi that goes to ISLA COLON. We recommend JAMPAN, TAXI 25, or BOCAS MARINE TOURS. We are about 100 meters to the left when you arrive.

BY BUS FROM PANAMA CITY: take a bus from Albrook International Bus Terminal in Panama City, usually you can take a direct bus from Panama City to Almirante for about $25, the ride is approximately 10 hours. When you arrive to Almirante take a water taxi to Isla Colon for $5. We recommend JAMPAN, TAXI 25, or BOCAS MARINE TOURS. We are about 100 meters to the left when you arrive.

BY AIR PLANE: Aeroperlas and Air Panama have several daily flights from Panama City to Bocas, David to Bocas, and even Costa Rica to Bocas. From the airport take a taxi to the Gran Kahuna Hostel, we pay for the transportation.
