the bedroom sink was very slow to drain. Could use hand sinks in the two first floor bathrooms. Terrific location. But very noisy parking lot next door.

I had a very enjoyable time at GCIH. The atmosphere was very relaxed, just like the town of Flagstaff. If you come with a car, definately hook up with some fellow hostelers for day trips. This was a great place to meet people from all over the planet.

Good to find a hostel as there were not many in this part of tHe world. Clean, friendly and useful wifi. Would have preferred to have been cheaper and no breakfast.

Very nice hostel at downtown Flagstaff. No train noise, no bed bugs, everything was OK. They organize trip to the Grand Canyon which is very nice. Price is OK too.

During my trip across the States I have stayed in many good hostels but this was easily the best. The staff go above and beyond to help people, the free breakfast does the trick and the atmosphere is very homely and comfortable. The Grand Canyon tour offered by the hostel was one of the best days of my life. Cannot recommend more!

I really enjoyed my stay. The hostel is clean, friendly, provides free breakfast, and overnight parking if you need it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling out that way and it's a great value for your money as well!

Brilliant hostel - staff were so friendly. The Grand Canyon tour with Dan was amazing - he really knows his stuff. Definitely do this tour as opposed to doing it by yourself, you get to see loads and learn so much about the history. Thank you!

All round excellent, staff are really friendly and helpful! If you book through them directly they have private rooms also at a reasonable rate. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Flagstaff is an interesting place to participate in outdoor activities. Shops are still on the small town scale and have character. A great city to use as a hub to explore the surroundings. The hostel was very lively with a good crowd of travelers and a helpful friendly staff. Gas stove upstairs for those who enjoy cooking. Recommended :D
