It is very dirty. I Paid but i didn't sleep there. When i saw the room and people in this hostel i decidet to go away

Very bad beds and old sheets, very old and worn out building, the kitchen wasn't the cleanest, but we expected worse! Pretty nice people there and great location. Expensive hostel!

It's a very disgusting, some of the staff is unfriendly (the girl), totally not organized and I am under the bites of bedbugs.

the hostel wasn't very clean, isn't for young people because many of the customers are old and stay here since a long time.

This hostel has the potential to be an excellent facility if the owners put in time and money on refurbishment as it is completely run down. Nothing has been done since the YWCA owned it and furnished it 20 years ago.

I have spent over 450 days in hostels since 2007, so I know what makes good facilities and customer service. I booked a six bed dorm room, the guy at the hostel said for only a little bit more money I can get you in a 4 bed dorm. I said no thanks, he said well your bed in the six dorm is no longer available and charged me more with the 4 bed anyway. Charging more for poor service? Pretending he was doing me a favour!!! This place looks like its waiting to be to torn down. Bedding from the 70's.

Just as other comments, this hostel is by far the worst I have stayed in Australia. Nothing works, showers walls falling down, super filthy kitchen with gas leaking and unwashed dishes . Only good thing is TV room is big and comfy

This hostel is discutting !!!!!!!!! The atmosphere is very poor inside ! I don't recommanded this hostel for anybody
