It was really great!! sooo beautiful good located and was really comfortable like normal hotel!!

Everything was grand, the receptionist was great help in terms of indicating where to go. The location was great, right next to the metro. The only downside is that it's a bit tough if you are a lonely traveller, there aren't much people in the lounge chilling so that's the only bad thing I could say. Other than that the room was beautiful, facilities grand and the staff lovely.

The staff help me a lot, they are very kindly. The room was good too, i think the only bad things is go up all the upstairs, it's too much!

The Hostel seems not very big, the stuff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice. We booked the double room private and we really enjoyed our stay. The metro is just a couple minutes away, so its possible to get everywhere pretty fast.

Stayed for 1 week & all the staff were great. Very friendly,efficient,helpful & went the extra mile to help. The bar is very socialble & great place to catch up with fellow travellers & share experiences in relaxed, friendly atmosphere!

great hostel to stay in. The best bed's ever and I will definitely go again points of improvement: the showers are very....'open'... a bit more privacy would be nice (I stayed at the ground floor). It was difficult to get a coffee in the morning or a beer in the evening because there was not enough staff available.

I have stayed in hostels and hotels all over Europe, South Africa and America. This is by far the best hostel I've stayed at. This could be a 3 - 4 star hotel if the rooms had en-suites, telephones and TV's. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities - especially the bathrooms – are clean as if this are a brand new built. Décor is classy and has the atmosphere of a boutique hotel. Granted different people may want a more traditional hostel experience. Age group of guests also tends to be highe

Wicked place to stay! The staff are fun and welcoming. They really listen to your interests, and then give suggestions of what you should visit, and they're always down for a drink or 2 at night. The bar is a chill place to meet travelers from everywhere, and if you need a kebab there's a great place just around the corner. Prepare for a queue, though. Finally, the building is lovely and clean, and the beds are super-comfy!

It's a really nice hostel, in a good place. The people at the reception and the bar were great, really helpful and frendly. The only spot on the surface was a cleaning lady coming to our room EVERY morning around 10am (it's her duty but why so early?) - she would knock at the door and then she'd come in opening it with her code not waiting for us open the door or not listening to our "HOLD ON". And sometimes couple of times per morning... I got pretty stressed :D. Highly recommended anyway!

It is likely recommended! Very nice and stylish. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have recommended to many of my friends going there, and for sure, I will stay there once I visit Berlin again!

This hostel is very worth staying. It looks like a hotel actually. Environment is very nice and convenient, close to metro. The staff is very nice and friendly. They offer welcome drink and the staff, Felix gave us brief introduction of the city and what to see. We were very impressed. One only bad thing about the stay was that our roommate was not very nice. She slept at 10 and didn't allow us to turn on the light. However, this is nothing to do with the hostel I know. :)

Showers were a bit strange, precious little privacy and only two to a floor. Aside from that the building was beautiful, the staff enthusiastic and the location second to none. The beds may also be the comfiest you sleep on in your travels.

I loved staying at the Grand Hostel. When you come, they welcome you and you're offered a welcome drink. Then they explain you something about the city and the neighborhood Kreuzberg. The beds are extreamly comfortable. Although the facilities are shared, they were good, clean and I've used them without any problem. In the futur I'll definitely stay there again.

Great!!!!!! It is one of the best hostel that I have stayed! The staff, the location, the atmosphere....everything is great!!
