The hostel is clean, the beds well made everyday, the baths and toilets are also clean. The wifi works well too. The small thing is that it is right next to the train lines so unless u close the double window u can hear the trains passing thru.

Incredible hostel, one of the best I've ever been too. Amazing staff, Annika, in particular. Greeted with a beer on arrival and a sit down with some suggestions and a map of where to go!! Great atmosphere and clean as anywhere. Close to metro and places to eat. Only cons are no lift, 6 flights of stairs to the top floor and communal toilets and showers. 10/10 would stay again.

The hostel had excellent facilities, very modern and clean, BUT my room was overbooked 1 night and an extra bed was put in. This made it very cramped and especially disappointing since I paid for a four bed dorm and got a five! Also, there was no privacy in the shower room and nowhere to hang things up. Hooks around the rooms and more in the bathrooms would be useful.

Positives: some hosts are nice and had good advices for the traveler. Negatives: OVERBOOKING, some hosts are not friendly, the laundry is 7.50 euros and the clothes are not completely dried, not appropriate for single traveler who wants to meet people, guests are very young.

We loved this hostel, I would highly recommend it. It is clean and safe, the rooms are huge with individual lockers, the showers are cleaned daily, the staff are always present and able to help and there are always things to do.

Great hostel! I had a great time staying here. The staff was so amazing and helpful. The only negative thing I can say is the wifi didn't work great in my room. Would definitely recommend.

Great hostel! Really calm, but good and cheap bar, and the service is excellent (you are welcomed with a free drink). We rented bikes from there and it was perfect. The benches outside were colorful and it was a nice place to chill! Not far from Bergmann street for good international food!

Really nice staff. Somewhat older building but it's got character. Less than 5 minutes to the U-bahn and from there you've got the whole city at your fingertips. Good stay overall. Would recommend.

Very nice welcoming hostel. Provided with a map of the city and directions to the most popular areas on arrival. Great friendly staff, nice clean room, would definitely stay here again!

The staff are great. I loved the big, comfy, single beds! So unusual for hostels. More attention could have been paid to the upkeep of the bathrooms. Only one working men's shower on my floor and it offered little privacy. That being said, I would love to come back.

Room slightly noisy due to nearby elevated S Bahn; staff extremely helpful & knowledgeable; discounted breakfast was great value, plentiful & varied. All round great place.

Great hostel. Staff are really helpful. The hostel is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the main sightseeing area. There's an u bahn (subway train) station 2 minutes away and an s bahn station about 10 minutes away (the s bahn is free for interrail pass holders, so can be useful to get to more far-away places. Rooms are very comfortable. We didn't have an en suite room, but the communal toilets and showers were clean. Overall you can't really go far wrong with this hostel.

The staff are so friendly and even took us out to local places with them on occasions. The location is fairly far from the main centre (20/30 minutes walk) but Berlin is huge so what can you expect? It's also right by a metro station which is ideal. There's a good bar where it's easy to meet people - I would definitely recommend this hostel.

I thought it was a really good hotel. It had a vibe where you could stay downstairs and meet people at the bar, if you want. However it is big enough that you can slip in and out, without meeting people if that is what you want. Next to a metro that connects to most of the attractions in 15-20 min.
