I ended up getting really sick on the bus on the way to Medellin, so when I arrived to this hostel I was so happy to find how cozy and welcoming the hostel owner was. Her name is Lucy, she is an absolute gem. She let me take over her big TV room and just watch movies on her huge 3D TV. She was so helpful and concerned about me. She also helped us book our flight to Quito. Her and her brother Giovanni are just really the best. Their hostel is really lovely, clean and a nice place to chill.

Stayed at the Grand Hostel and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing! So helpful and so much fun. The hostel is super clean, in a great location and one of the best equipped I have ever stayed in. Big private rooms and comfortable beds. TV and internet facilities were very good, the kitchen and BBQ areas were very well equiped and very social. The location is close to the metro line, super markets, shops and resturants. My advice?? If you're going to Medellin, stay here!!
