Stayed here for an early morning flight out of Suratthani. It is an average hotel and the staff at the front desk could barely understand English. The room itself was better than I would have expected based on previous reviews and is quite spacious.

This place is perfect for a couple of nights if you are heading to the islands, places to book ferries are just around the corner. The staff were friendly, the place was easy to find and clean, our floor was manned by someone all the time as there appeared to be some refurbishments going on which didnt bother us at all. Great stuff!

Just what you need for one night. Clean sheets, ok bathroom, helpful staff in reception.

The rooms were clean but the location and facilities of the hotel left much to be desired. The hotel staff were unable to assist with further travel arrangements. The hotel was very run down and looked like it had been abandoned at one stage. There is nothing to do nearby and the adjacent restaurant is pretty much a front for the local prostitutes. This was evidenced by the local man who was given a handjob during dinner, not even one table away. I would not stay there again.

Dear all, this was the worst location I have ever been. The staff was incompetent, the rooms were dirty, the TV didn´t work and the windows were not lockable. The breakfast was terrible. I would recommend, that you take this hotel from your catalog! Kind regards

It is an incredibly run-down hotel that reeked of stale cigarettes. Our bathroom had mould and other guests clothes left in the bath. The ceiling had holes and lots of stains. Breakfast was just toast & soup. If Stanley Kubrick wanted to do a remake of The Shining in Thailand, this hotel would be it!

Everything you need for one or two nights. It's really good! Of course it's not a resort. Continental Breakfast and WiFi in the lobby is included. The rooms are cheap and good equiped. Warm water and air-conditioning is working well. Staff is very friendly and help you prebooking taxis (not to get ripped of by the drivers ;-) ). Hostel is located in a busy street with good opportunities for drinks and food.

A good hotel to stay in if you need to stay a night for the airport or the boats. The staff were very very helpful and friendly.

Adequate only for a night stopover waiting for a flight the next morning. Door had recently been kicked in, room dark and depressing, "free" breakfast not fit for human consumption, whole hotel appeared to one big building site. Do yourself a favour - go elsewhere, unless you really only just want somewhere to sleep for one night.
