Great hostel, really nice staff and great facilities. Good location only 15 minutes walk from the ferries, trains, bus and old town. Definitely recommend
great staff willing to go the extra mile for you. made a store run for me, food recommendations, et . clean and secure facility.
A fab welcome & upgrade from our standard rooms to an apartment!! Only issue was the unclear marking that alcohol was not allowed at all. Me and my friends don't overly drink but did on the first night. the next day we were appalled to find the second room had been filled (unknown to us) by another couple at 12/1am! We felt terrible for waking them. We were then accused of breaking the toilet seat which was broken prior to our arrival. The member of staff accusing us was unnecessarily rude.
Hostel is okay, butbut a bit hard to find, unless you check the building om StreetView before. The private rooms are located elsewhere, in an other house a few hundred meters closed to the city center. The staff was definetely drunk/ had hangover when we arrived in the very early morning. However, they were kind and helpful.

Big pretty house up a steep hill from the old town/diocletian's palace. Rooms and bathrooms on ground and first floor, all very clean and modern. Little kitchen in the living room, bit of fridge space. Nice balcony with seating (and room to hang laundry!). Cool staff, did the standard circling & writing all over a map for us but spent 99% of our time out of the building so rarely saw them. Didn't use the AC unit, open windows was fine for us, but it was definitely there.
Would be worth it to provide better information before the arrival in which facility the guest will be hosted in order to avoid carrying bags from place to place...perhaps having a second front desk in the 2nd house might be handy.
My friends and I (4 girls) booked 3 nights with Hostel Lero, and we immediately wanted to leave. We stayed in a closet with 2 bunk beds in it. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable and the pillow had no support. We were given a crusty hand towel for a towel. The water heater was not turned on so I had to take an icy cold shower. One of the bathrooms had a toilet INSIDE the shower. The manager was also really creepy. He didn't even ask why we left early.

Good hostel, relatively easy to find. The staff were helpful and showed us a nearby bakery and cafe and got us a taxi to the airport at the end. We were a 20 minute walk from a good beach. The kitchen is a little small but the sitting room area was nice and everyone was friendly.
Amazing staff! Gregor and all the guys were really friendly and helpful. Clean hostel and good value for money. The dorm I stayed in had A/C. The staff even let me store my bag for 4 days while I trialled around and they really made an effort to assist with nightlife suggestions. It was a pleasure staying with you!
Thoughtful and pleasant owner, lovely neighborhood, quiet spot. We were very pleased with our stay.

Good hostel, a bit far from the old town, especially as it's uphill, but it's not too bad. Good price and friendly people. The only thing that lets it down is apart from the locker each guest is assigned there is no security. I wasn't given a key to my room or the front door as these were both open all the time, even at night. I think this should be changed. Apart from that, I'd recommend!
it was cheap and convenient but would not stay here again. There was much to be desired. wasn't very clean and the facilities were average. only stayed one night but for the price it was adequate.
It was a nice stay for 3 days, we shared the flat we had with 5 girls and it was funny, the bathroom is very small and shower and toilet are together so you often have to wait, everything else is very good!
Hard to find initially, but it is actually very close to the main town. There are only 2 bathrooms in the main part of the hostel, not enough for all the guest.
Great hostel, only a ten minute walk up the hill from the CBD. Only down sides, the rooms were very small, there was only 3 showers and toilets for everyone and there were limited lockers. Other than that, nice place!
The shower screens between each one in the communal bath room and see through, this made me very uncomfortable. The beds are quite good and the rooms are very spacious. The location is very pretty but very far away from everything! The staff didn't speak much English, and there are close to none restaurants around the area. The kitchen did not come equipped with much, and the guy at the bar was nice but every night revered tables for his friends to come over and watch the football.
Nice hostel, just a short walk from the main promenade ,the viewpoint and the beach... Staff very helpful and friendly (shoutout Ivan ) showers shared but clean and hot! A couple of hobs, but no oven for cooking. When you arrive it might not be obvious that it's hostel but if you're a house with number 7 then you're at the right place.
Staff extremely rude. There seemed to be many young children living on site who were up very early screaming and shouting. The night time staff member was of his own admittance drunk on the job. Only one bathroom. The rooms are incredibly cramped, the beds were pushed so close together it was difficult to climb through. No locks on room doors. Despite all of this the hostel is in a good location.
The staff were very unfriendly and rude. Our room was ready 40 minutes late (we almost missed our ferry to Hvar as a result), and no one even apologised for it. We were effectively kicked out after checking out, despite it being advertised that we were welcome to stay and store our bags. There was no where to safety store our bags. Security in the hostel was very poor, the doors to the rooms cannot be locked. It was a very unwelcome environment as a whole. No one made you feel welcome at all.
