My stay at Grand Hotel was ok but not very inspring. Staff were reluctant to give receipts for our payments. The atmosphere was quite dead actually.

No hot water but got 50% off. Large room but bare. Bearing in mind internet price of 4* hotels start at £25, £20 for this was steep.
