Grandio Party Hostel Reviews

As soon as we arrived later in the evening we straight away understood why its called the party hostel, the place was buzzing with people and music and we couldnt wait to put our belongings in our room and get involved!! The staff were great from the get go, it didnt matter that we didnt have the money to pay then and there and were more than happy for us to pay the following day.Location is great! Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! For the lads, the hungarian women are very easy on the eye!

We stayed here because friends recommended it. The staff were great and very friendly but in general there was a lack of cleanliness on the vacinity and we didn't feel our stuff was too safe. Besides that, it's in a beautiful bar courtyard and the atmophere was something different and refreshing!

Awesome place to party. If you want a peaceful quite place, THIS IS NOT IT!

Great staff and great location, met a great bunch of people and had truckloads if fun. Lives up to its rep. Staff really went out of their way to make everyone's stay enjoyable. A side note, the bathrooms where pretty rank, the shower flooded and the toilet seat was broken. Other than that no complaints.

Sam was awesome and looked after me when i was sick. Emily was really helpful and answered all my questions. The parties where raging, all the staff knew how to have a good time and I didn't want to leave. The whole hostel has a great atmosphere, go caving it is a must. Ill be back.

was there only for one night but its a super-fun place with the best Hostel bar, best City introduction and best pub crawl ive ever enjoyed... def recommendable!!!

LOVE GRANDIO!! Best hostel I've stayed in! I understand why EVERYONE extends their stay here!! Staff are crazy, fun people!! If you want to party day and night this is the place to go!! I will definitely come back one day! On a more serious note: great food and drinks, security (love the wrist watch key cards.. never lost my key!), & courtyard is super chill and relaxing! You will not regret staying here :) THANKS GRANDIO FOR THE EPIC 5 DAY DRUNKEN SLOPFEST!! Love yah!!

The best place going! If u want a laid back and fun atmosphere, you need to stay here. Best staff I've found in a hostel and the nights they put on are awesome, especially the Spa-rty! Great weekend had and brilliant service. A

From the moment I walked through Grandio's front doors I knew I was going to love the place! The music playing outside, bar and patio/lounge area outside was just great! The staff was so welcoming, I felt like I had been traveling with them forever. One guy that arrived the day after I did was made to do a beer bong as soon as he was checked in... what other hostel has this great hospitality? The noise at night was minimal, so sleeping wasnt even an issue!

I really enjoyed staying in this hostel with it's relaxed, fun atmosphere, the activities organised each evening were a great part of my stay as we got to know people and Budapest a bit better.

Legendary :) The staff is best, also atmosphere and friendship are awesome, get your beer and enjoy your time with great people in Grandio :)

You can't pick a better hostel in Budapest. Met the most amazing people at Grandio, staff included -- they were insanely helpful and always down to recommend things to do/places to go. They know the best places to go in Budapest not to mention the great, welcoming atmosphere they provide. Two thumbs way up. Stay at Grandio for sure!

This hostel is the most amazing place i've ever stayed at! The staff are brill, Emily and Nick are the most dysfunctional married couple i've ever met!!! Basically it is the most fun you'll ever have. Don't think about booking....just do it!!!! :)

Looking for a good time, you've found the place. I've been here twice and its always a blast. Feels like home. Staff are all great, super chill. If you're coming through Budapest and wanting a great base of operations for exploring this amazing city, and a great retreat for meeting super cool people you really can't do better. The nights are madd... if your lucky you might even remember them... if your even luckier you won't ;)

There are only two rules at Grandio Party Hostel. Rule 1: there are no rules. Rule 2: no noise after 10pm.

Been backpacking for 4 months now and this was by far the most amazing hostel so far!!! Had the most amazing time and met some great people! Nick and Emily were awesome! Super friendly and they really looked after us! We went in springtime and had so much fun! Can only imagine how insane it would be in summer! Everyone stay here!! :)

grandio changed my life. before i came i was just an average boy, no knowledge in his head but hope in his heart. grandio made me reevaluate what matters in my life, which turned about to be alcohol and partying. an initial 6 night stay turned into 7, and then 9 and its now my 11th day here. i dont know if i will ever leave, its hard to say no to having the most time of your life. if you enjoy fun and not having a liver, come to grandio. Its the place to be if you want to party. Staff are awesome, the hostel is amazing, and there is a party every single night. I love the Grandio.

This hostel was AWESOME. I am so coming back, very soon! Staff were lovely, the other guests were really friendly and a completely chilled out atmosphere during the day was a perfect fix for a hangover gained from an epic night out the night before! Staff were also very helpful on advising where to go. Just wish there had been somewhere to put our bags as our room was a total mess due to lack of storage space, but that was the only down point.
