If you wanna party hardy, this is the place to be!!!

The hostel was ok. We had a great room and it is in the perfect location for the money we paid. But beware; they try really hard to live up to their ‘party’ name. On the first evening, even though we were clearly having a quick nap before heading out, one of the male staff repeatedly came in waking us up and insisting we pay for the ' £20 booze cruize', calling us uncool for not wanting to pay so much. I’ve defiantly stayed in much friendlier and cleaner ‘party’ hostels elsewhere.

Grandio is probably the best party hostel in the world, hands down. This is not a place where you'll get a good nights sleep, but instead you'll party till the sun comes up. The staff are the best thing about Grandio, if you need anything at all they'll help you. And if you end up spewing in a gutter at 3 in the morning, they'll get you back to the hostel safe and sound. I love Grandio, and if you like to party, you will too.

Loved Grandio! Made my stay I'm Budapest amazin! The parties were awesome and the staff is great... Definetly coming back during the summer or during any other holidays I may have...

When 9 of us arrived, we all had the best few days, the staff where awesome at partying. Mets so many cool people. Would be even better in the summer.

These guys are mental. If you wanna have a bender in Budapest, I couldn't think of a better crew to hang with. The staff are more like long lost friends that you haven't met for years. They're extremely friendly and try their best to make you feel comfortable. If you're not an alcoholic, you will turn one after this trip.

Everything from The atmosphere to the decor of the hostel is crazy! The staff make this hostel by being helpful, welcoming and mental! At night is then the hostel comes alive, The nights out are absolutely epic, be sure to not remember your journey home every night! You'll leave grandio exhausted and in need of rehab but having meet some amazing characters and had an experience you'll remember rest of your lives! Grandio made my 21st birthday absolutely epic I will never forget this trip :)

I've been in many hostels before and either the people working there were very strict about ridiculous rules but the place was well maintained or the crew was very laid back and did not do a proper job at keeping the place nice. You guys have found a very nice compromise between partying and well maintaining the area. Not only Grandio is a party hostel where I've got smashed with amazing people but it's also a very clean, safe and friendly place.

Awesome hostel! The best place to stay in Budapest for sure. Really nice staff, they will make you feel confortable and among friends even if you're traveling by yourself. They organize great parties with a lot of fun and Jagerbombs!

Character, location, STAFF and atmostphere are EXCELLENT so that says enough to me! We have had an awesome week in the Grandio hostel!

The staff were fun, friendly and always happy to help. All in all Grandio made our first trip to Budapest definitely one to remember. It's a cool hostel with an involving atmosphere. Thanks to all the staff, we had an ace NYE and would highly recommend Grandio to any fellow travellers

The place was pretty nice, but I felt it was geared towards a crowd younger than me and my travelling companions. I felt most of the other guest and the staff where between 18-21, while we where around 25. If you are in the other age span, and/or get along well with the people at the hostel, you will probably will have blast, since people seem to hang out in the common room or on the balcony all the time, or go to events organized by the hostel. We most used the hostel for sleeping.

its like living in a bubble of debauchery, irresponsibility and unaccountability. Every night involves ridiculous alcohol fuelled shenanigans organised by staff – these guys are the raddest, nicest, funnest kids and instantly became our friends. They genuinely look after you and will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. We were supposed to stay for 6 nights and ended up staying almost 3.5 weeks and even then we had to force ourselves to leave.Grandio is the greatest hostel ever!

Wow... the staff here at the hostel are awesome! They make your stay so welcoming and enjoyable, the girls are just so lovely and nice, Jordie is just the coolest guy ever and Nick is mister nice guy. If you want fun, hectic, crazy times then this is the place to be... go and book this place now for the time of your life!!!!

Great hostel. Every night something ridiculous happens that will have you laughing for days. People say retox is better in summer but I think grandio still wins just because it feels like more of a family. Already planning how I can fit budapest into my trip again later. Some people say its dirty but it's only as dirty as you make it. The staff clean the rooms and bathrooms multiple times a day

This place was unreal. Great atmosphere, terrific staff who are always there to help/look after you, and always something to do.

It wasn't very confortable and cosy. I didn't like the bedroom and atmosphere was a little bit strange. The bed-sheets looked old and unclean. Location was good and also the people were quite nice. Also the toilets were not so clean. The door didn't close very well so the wind blow on my bed.
