My room was on the top floor and its associated toilet was three floors lower! They did not even tell me when I took the room, so I had the pleasure of finding that out on my own the first night. Half the lamp switches did not work and they only gave me one teabag and two shampoo samples for a three night stay, the cheapskates... I will never stay at that hotel again and I suggest you avoid it too.

+ great location, silent, clean and very nice design hotel, really helpful staff - check in after midnight + you can open doors by card. - window could be secured better. + wifi signal was strong at our room. + there were several types of electric plugs for different countries where tourist are from. + breakfast

The property is listed as an hotel, the room we were in was so small there was room on only one side of the bed to move. Only one person could be out of bed at one time. The ensuite was too small to turn around in, too small to get dried in. This is listed as the Grapevine Hotel not Grapevine Hostel. Should be classed as a hostel
