It was my worse stay in Vietnam, the staff is a huge disaster, additional you have to pay 4$ for awful breakfast. Hotel is very noisy with a big mass around.

This hotel was very overpriced. Our bathroom was mouldy and the room smelled of damp becase there was no ventilation in the mouldy bathroom. The hallways were crawling with lizards. Our window didn't close properly. The staff were pretty patronising.

Whilst the facilities are basic and good enough for a couple of nights stay, the real problem with this hotel is the acoustics. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the neighbouring rooms and stairwell. The staff are friendly enough, but neglected to mention that the booking must be paid in cash when checking out. It seemed quite unreasonable that such a large hotel did not have eftpos facilities. Rooms were not swept during room service.

Our first impression of Green Field Hotel was very good. We were offered free stuff all around which turned out to be pricy at the end. Furthermore, the hotel's main purpose and content of all guest books was the partner tailor ASIAN TAILOR in which we were asked to buy our desired clothing. All in all have been cheated a lot, the WiFi was not working properly and the breakfast was not worth its USD 4. The location is not central at all, so be advised to choose a different hostel.

I was not at all impressed with this hotel. Every evening the hot water would run out and I was told to wait then it would be hot again. This was not the case. The internet server was blocking facebook which was annoying as it was the only form of communicaton I had with my family back home. My teenage children were told to get off the computers in the lobby as they closed at 10 and they were kicked out of the pool at about the same time on another occasion as they were told that closes.

This hotel was asking for an extra tip, very corruption. Don't try it if you dont want to give them unwanted tip. I booked this hotel for my sister and her male friend. Her friend from China, comes to Vietnam for traveling. When they arrived the hotel, the front desk staff asked them to give a marital prove to check in the booked twin room, if not, they need to pay 100,000 VND (around 5 USD) to stay in the same room. Because of tiredness created by the early flight, they decided to stay.
