My third stay with the hotel, I didnt expect much but the usual friendly smile and I was overwhelmed when the hotel upgraded our room free of charge. Thank you very much and I would recommend anyone traveling to the HA this hotel.

This is a very large, comfortable hotel the staff were welcoming giving us juice & fruit on arrival, but the bar staff were much less service oriented.

A posh hotel entirely lacking in character. As backpackers we're probably looking for something very different in our accommodation to the average holiday-maker, but we felt out of place. Nice room and outdoor swimming pool. Free cocktails (only one option) for an hour every evening.

Green Field had a nice swimming pool with a restaurant next to it, pool is quite big. Beach is close by bike or motobike and shops are close too. Good price for a hotel with swimming pool, however this is the highlight as the staff dont give much free info and our room had spider webs and paint was coming off.

I stayed in the hotel in the middle of April, tempreture was 40C. My room has AC and fan, but not working fine. I was boiling hot, hard to sleep. I need to have the window open but too noisy. I stayed there 4 nights, I never see the swimming pool been cleaned, I did not even use the pool. My room door have a big gap, noise and smoke came inside. I did not sleep much for that few days.

Room would have been great except for the mildew which was very potent. Pool was a nice place to relax and had free cocktails. Fruit basket was three bananas and some oranges on arrival. Bathroom was clean but not great facilities. Would prob come back, great location for the beach and town - 25 mins walk to the centre.

This is a very nice hotel and a great value for the price. Very lovely rooms with flowers and free fruit. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They even brought me a birthday cake to my room on the evening of my birthday. This was a very nice touch. The downside is that they try to push their tour services and they tried to get me to go to Asia Tailors when there are over 200 to choose from in the city. Also, the happy hour drink is pretty horrid.

We have stayed at this place x2 now. A great location to be in walking distance of everything. Its nice clean and simple. If you are after luxury don't stay here but if you are not planning on living in your room then we highly recommend here.

Very helpful staff. Very clean place. The bedrooms were a nice size. The bath/shower was a difficult to manage. The toilet in my room did not work properly. The biggest hassle: they don't take credit cards. If you are traveling with a group of 15 your bill can be pretty high and carrying that amount of cash in hand can be difficult. On the other hand pulling money out multiple times from an ATM can rack up unnecessary bank fees.

Good location to the centre of town, the room was nice and clean and a bonus having the pool. Cocktails were given from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, one choice only and tasted pretty bad (but we drank them anyway as they were free!). Be sure to put valuables in the safe as some money went missing from one of our bags. Also, we booked for a superior room online (only option) and they said they could put us in a cheaper room the following day, but none available - we heard them saying this to everybody...

Unremarkable hotel about 1km from Hoi An center - easily walk-able. Large, clean rooms; some with a balcony. Very quiet at night even though located on a main road.

Large clean room with balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Free fruit bowl upon arrival. Only thing was that the hostel is a little bit out of town and a bit of a walk, which can be a bit of a problem if it's raining!

Generally a nice hotel but a half hour walk from the action. The staff were very rude and pushy. They just wanted to sell products at all times which was very frustrating.

Don't like to be so negative about a place but felt totally ripped off at this hotel with the staff making up prices for things that were a lot higher than the menu price, the floors were dirty and the beds and chairs in the room were damp so the cost of staying there felt expensive and we felt it was trading on the swimming pool which it was too cold to use anyway! The only saving graces - the hotel looked nice from the outside and the security was good with the outside gates.

The only complaint we really had were how uncomfortable the pillows were in the rooms, it took us a couple of night to work out how to sleep so we didnt wake up with stiff necks. It is a little of of the centre of Hoi An, but after doing a tour around to see other hotels as well, it is in actually a good location - you can walk to town easily. Staff were helpful, and free internet in the lobby as well as wifi. We booked our tours through the tavel agent down the road opposite the swamp - cheaper
