Absolutely no problems, everyone is really helpful and talkative. Bed, washroom, and breakfast all nicer than some way more expensive places in the city. Great place to hang out and meet people as well.

The hostel was recommended to me by a previous guest. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in was spotless with TV and plenty of storage. The other guests were lovely and we spent a lot of time together in the evenings, chatting and listening to music, as well as a few daytime excursions. The breakfasts were excellent and free coffee on tap all day! Location wise, it is extremely convenient for the bus to the airport, station, the old town and the palace..

The greatest hostel I've ever been to, it's both clean and has character. The owners are extremely nice and will make reservations for visits, will call cabs and so on, if you can't speak Romanian. There's food and drinks available all day long, it's very clean. There is another building apart from the "headquarters", it is functional but not as nice. The only slight downside is that it's not very close to the city center, it's very easy to get there from the train station though (Gara de Nord).

We felt the staff went the extra to help with our stay. They served a delicious breakfast with hot drinks available all day. We felt very welcomed and Christian and Roxana answered all our questions and helped when planning our tours. We don't often respond to reviews but we felt this one needed to be promoted. The location of Green Frog is very good and we felt the atmosphere was warm and friendly. We would highly recommend this place to others.

Most comfortable beds of any hostel we've stayed. Breakfast and facilities were nice and the staff was helpful in figuring out what to do and how to get there. The 8 bed dorm was actually 12 beds, with four separated by a curtain.

it was the best hostel i've ever been. it doesn't have the fake "friendly" or "cool" atmosphere, it is just so warm, friendly and peaceful. grab your coffee and sit on the stairs in front of the door, chat with someone , listen to experiences and stories from other people around the world and from the owner of the hostel. and don't forget the lovely cats! we just stayed for one night and leaving was so hard for us.i just wanted to live there! it can be a reason for another visit to bucharest:)

My stay here was amazing, better than home I can say! the owners are the greatest hosts ever met, with lots of things to share and 150% commited in making everyone's stay there as good as possible. Besides this, the atmosphere there is great, the location is one of the best in a safe and quiet neighbourhood , the facilities are good and there is nothing that could make someone's stay here unpleasant! I strongly reccomand this hostel to everyone if they are looking for a fine accomodation!

The owners are the greatest people ever. They treat you like family and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. There is definitely a close connection with the people there because of the staff, my first night the owner introduced me to other guests she thought I'd get along with, gave me tons of recommendations on where to go (without me even having to ask) and was always smiling and friendly to see me. It's a comfortable place to stay too, within walking distance to everything.

All the staff at the hostel were incredibly nice and accommodating! It felt like they put my comfort at a high priority and it made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the Internet (wifi) worked well, and breakfast of bread, cheese, ham/salami, cereal, and fruit were excellent! The hostel is not located directly in the center, but it is a quick and easy walk to the old town/main attractions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!
