Member of staff Heiko where friendly and helpful but the rest was a nightmare. You will share your room with people transitionally homeless and housed in the hostel for months with rent paid by social services, Broken unusable lockers and a strange smell in the only available dorm room forced me to upgrade at my charge for a single room (empty four bed dorm room with nothing else then beds and a table.)Nevertheless Wifi worked excellent though and all the common spaces where clean and quiet.

Good for the price! Only major drawback is that one of the guy at the reception isn't able to say 2 consecutive words in English.

Staff just partly speaks English. When I stayed there the atmosphere wasn´t as nice as I hoped it to be, nearly no young people, even though it was in summer (July)! No Kitchen, no facilities. Common room is too small...all in all it was ok, but I wished to get to know people witch wasn´t the case...staff was friendly though.
