The guys working at the hostel are a lot of fun! And super helpful. I put average for location just because it is out by Psas Chas so you do have to get tuk tuks or a bicycle to get into town. But it is okay, it isn't super far!

Not central or within walking distance to the town but there is a free mini bus or tuk tuk whenever you need to go to the town. All the staff are lovely and really friendly and helpful! Great breakfast included that will fill you up for the day. Lovely little puppy to play with if you like animals called Akiki! All round a great spot

They sent us a driver named Pol (and he took us too for 15 dolars a hole day to the temples, the problem is that we hired him for a second day to go to temples and waterfall, until he said -the same morning ready to go, that he "forgot" to tell us it wasn't 15, but 38!. Very unlucky, So be careful and clear.we were very disapointed and of course we đin't pay the new price but we got a very short and boring second day instead. It will be great if anyone can tell him not to do that again.

The staff was excellent-- friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location wasn't great, but they provided free transport to and from downtown, and you would have to hire a trike to take you to the temples anyway, so everything was easily accessible. All in all, it was a very positive hotel experience!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there were no lockers in the room but you can leave passports etc with reception. Staff were helpful and friendly, they organised a tuktuk to ankor wat and our boat back to phnom penh for us. Free pick up from the bus station and free lifts into town is great.

The next time I visit Siem Reap, I'd surely stay here again. Mr. Som, the place owner, personally take his time to take us to places we want to visit and fetch us on time. He ensures that his staff understands what we need and always ask us if there's anything they can be of help. Kudos to the rest of helpful staff! I'd also recommend Mom, our tuktuk driver, who patiently and cheerfully tour us around the temple. He even help us buy little stuff that would surely save us from paying more.

What an amazing place! The staff are all very friendly and especially helpful. We had cable TV, which was actually nice at the end of the day. It was easy and cheap to rent a Tuk Tuk for the day ($5 per person) and the hotel has free bikes, so location was actually pretty good. Pool table was a plus and we even had a bathtub. Breakfast was included, which was an extra bonus. Stay here!!!
