This is the best hostel for the price in Tbilisi. And the owner is super helpful and nice. If honestly there was some drawbacks - fridge was broken, kitchen has only microwave and teapot, walls seems to be made out of paper, because if someone is walking in next door, you have a feeling that someone is inside your room, but for Tbilisi these are just unimportant scraps. In this hostel there are only four twin private rooms and couples doesn’t make a lot of noise.

We stayed for two days in Green Stairs hostel. It is a family owned hostel and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. We liked the atmosphere there although everything is very simply made, so don't expect any luxury: There is one toilet/bathroom combination for all guests and it's not new at all, also you can hear your neighbours quiet well, but come on: I think it is the cheapest hostel in Tbilisi and you can't expect more for the price. Alltogether we were happy with our stay there.

We were told on arrival that we were not allowed to drink and that we had to be quiet. The shower that I took was also unbearably cold and the bathroom was disgusting. However, it is the cheapest hostel I have ever seen. You get what you pay for, but be warned, you might want to pay a little more to avoid this place

For the price, this place is the best in Tibilisi, plus the location is very convenient. The owner, Vazha, is extremely helpful and speaks very good English.

We felt the hostel lacked a little bit of cleanliness at times. The shower is not very nice. Our room was used by smoking guests before us and it smelled terrible, but this is not the hostel's fault. They moved us to another room as soon as they had one available. Overall, our stay was a good experience.
