For location alone this place is incredible value. It's right in the centre of town so I was around the corner from everywhere I needed to be. The private room I stayed in was small but comfortable, everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and informative.

It was in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. However the decor was not great - furniture looked nearly homemade and it was not very clean - not filthy, just a lack of thorough cleanliness throughout. Kitchen poky and over all accommodation not very roomy

I had an absolutely wonderful time at the Green Street Townhouse. Unlike many bigger hostels I've stayed, this really is a cozy home. There always seems to be a warm fire in the living room and even in the quiet season of late October I met some wonderful new friends. If you're coming to a quaint little town like Dingle, you want a quaint little hostel to match and Green Street Townhouse is that place.

We stayed at Green St Townhouse for two nights in October. It is excellently located in the corner of Main St and Green St, only a few minutes away from everything, and we found it a good spot to base ourselves for our travels on the peninsula. The hostel was very clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Staying in the double room, we felt almost as if we were in a hotel! Our only complaint would be the water pressure, which was often poor. Other than that, what a wonderful hostel!

The place is lovely but I had trouble sleeping the first night because some other guests were shouting drunk in the halls till about 4.30am. The TV is small with a fuzzy pic, just about managed to watch the rugby. The place is spotless and the livingroom is really cosy with the fire lighting. There was nowhere to put my bike so I had to leave it in the car each night. There is no sign outside, I walked past a few times looking for it. Heather was a great hostess and was sooooo friendly!!

Sorry Aisling, weekends tend to be busy and noisy sometimes. Mid-week is blissfully quiet though!Unfortunately I cant tell from the bookings whether the people are going to be quite or noisy. If it's any consolation I just heard on the national radio that noise level s in hotels,b&b's and hostel tend to rise at weekends. As regards the TV most people dont watch it and the picture seems fine to me. And I agree Heather is very friendly..

Heather was a wonderful host! Our private room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed relaxing in the common room with the fire that Heather provided. Thanks!

A bit hard to find (no sign on the house), but nice and cozy atmosphere inside and helpful staff. The room was clean and bright, only the shower didn't work too well (cold & no water pressure) and the lock on the bathroom door got jammed all the time. Would definitely come back though!
