Great hostel. Good location by train station and bus station and good staff!

staff was friendly and definitely made an effort to show guests some places to drink and hang out. shots of Rakija are a must of course. the common area is cool with computers to use, and the rooms were clean. you can buy beer directly from the hostel too, and there is a grocery store close-by. the staff have to let you in and this proved to be difficult one night, we ended up waiting for a while which wast a pleasant feeling, so some keycards or keys would help. all in all good experience

Great place to stay, really friendly staff who will show you the best bars if you want them too. Really near the centre and basically opposite the train station! Free laundry which was great and free shots of rakia at happy hour which wasn't so great for my head! Cheap beers as well!

Travel is about places and people, and this place has both. Great location, beautiful staff. Great value for money. Downtown Belgrade, just opposite the bus and train stations, within walking distance to all main sights and only a couple of minutes from some of the best party places. The guys and girls running the place will make you feel like at home, help you get the best out of your stay in the city. Hint: don't get scared by the dodgy-looking lift, there's free Rakija for you at the top ;-)

A very good positioned hostel, about 15 min walk to all main attractions in city center. Very helpful and friendly staff, willing to get all the people from hostel together and to go for a drink in the evening.

One of the nicest hostels ever! Our room (the twin/triple private) was huge and really pretty, great value for money. Really nice social area and lovely staff - Serj took us all around the town and showed us a few good bars (pint of beer for 70p!) Really recommend it

Brilliant staff that are friendly and always there to help if you have a question, great location, very close to the bus terminal and train station which makes it easy to find, it\'s clean, the facilities are good, did I mention the great staff?? Highly recommended!!

When I went there they gave me a bed which was uncomfortable and dirty. Other than this, the girls who welcomed me when I arrived there was just panicking, unable to manage a group of teenagers, so, despite I had reserved before,I had to wait about an hour and half before she gave me my bed. During the night, there was much noise, and the guy of the hostel continously came into the room turning on the light regardless to the people that was sleeping, giving bed to new people coming.

Nice (staf)people, central location. Good atmosphere. De room on the 5th floor has excellent views!

Nice hostel, very close to the train/bus station and a ~10min walk to the main street and fortress.

Sstayed for 3.5 nights. Groovy place, Staff all very helpful. Can't compare to other places in Belgrade but it I would definitely go back.

Best staff ever

one of the best hostels ever! the staff are amazing, the laundry is for free, great people, great place, free rakija. i could not ask more, this is really your home away from home. every night the staff from the hostel take you out to know some underground places of the city that you could not discover by your self. I hope that I could come back in the future. a huge thank you to srgen, marina, milos. you are the best guys!

One of the best hostels i've ever stayed in--- great staff and atmosphere always trying to make you drunk. its a must stay hostel when visiting Belgrade :D:D will definitely stay here again.

Green City is the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff is incredibly friendly, upbeat, fun, and intelligent. I had awesome conversations with Dragana, Srdj, Sladja, Yovana, Marina, and Nela. I felt more at home there then I did here in US. Meant to stay for 2 nights, stayed for 5. I love Belgrade.

Great and cozy atmosphere!

Very cool hostel with very cool staff that will get you in the mood for a few beverages each night. cheap beer and they even have a happy hour! fully reccomend staying here and Belgrade was awesome.

Great hostel, very nice and helpfull staff :)

This is one of the best hostels I have ever visited, the only bad thing I can think of is that it s on the 6th floor and the elevator breaks from time to time. Other than that the stay was excellent; the staff was amazing, and would go out of their way to help you. The sheets were kept very clean and the atmosphere in the hostel was good all around with very cool hosts and guests. Also the hotel stuff is very knowledgeable of their town and the things it has to offer.
