The service and attention I received from the staff especially Tom and Victoria was beyond my expectation. The hotel is very clean, modern and in good location. I felt at home during my stay at the hotel. The front desk receptionists (Tom and Victoria) were extremely helpfull arranging my tours and other travel needs. There was absolutely no language barrier since they both spoke English well. I will definitley stay at this hotel again and I recommend this hotel to all travellers.

We stayed in Green Suites for 3 nigts. The stuff was very friendly and helped us werever they could. Location is very central. Only a one minute to walk to the backpackersdistrict in the Biu Vien Road. But in a very qiuet street. The breakfast is good as well. And you can enjoy it on the very nice terrace on the roof of the building. The price for the room is at least fair, if you think what you get for it. I would recomment this Hotel.

Stayed there end of Feb 2012 for 5 days. Pretty good, cheap as well. Great location by the backpacker district, you will find it easily if you walk around a bit. Free use of their computer with internet at the reception but there's only one computer. Friendly staff, room was okay not that great though but manageable for the price. Don't get too excited about the free breakfast its nothing special just toast, eggs etc. and small quantities, typical of Vietnam. We'd stay here again.

The Hostle was in a great location and just off the main street so not too noisey. The staff were very friendly and helped book a trip for us. The breakfast was surprisingly good and we felt confident leaving phones, documents and an iPad locked up in the reception when we were out and about. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the bed. It was very very very hard, like sleeping on a board which where you're walking around exploring all day is not what you need.

Staff was extremely helpful and speak good English. Right in the heart of the backpacker area but at the end of an alley which means good night sleep.

the place was very nice, although we had a hard time looking for it since it was located inside a small alley. but other than that, it was great. the hotel was very clean, the restaurant on the rooftop was very cool, fresh air while having breakfast. and most of all, the staff were all friendly and helpful. they allowed us to leave some of our stuff in the hotel while we went to cambodia for 3 days and then just came back for it.. i would definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers!
