Super friendly staff. They go over the top to make sure you have a good time. 1 minute walk to train station and 2 minutes to old town. Awesome.

Absolute pleasure to stay in this hostel. It was very clean and centrally located and served two free meals a day! Can't beat that.

First of all thanks to everyone for making it such a nice place to stay and experience Krakow, it was a great time, awesome people and super attentive friendly staff who helped to take the most out of my visit to this town. it is a real bargain for money, very central location, I met there a lot of buddies to go to the places together, and the girls at the reception were extremely helpful, they took it personally that I should see as much as I can/want and that I am safe and have fun!

When we arrived at the hostel, we were greeted by one of your reception staff, he was so friendly and helpful, and really made us feel welcome, he sat down with us, told us the best places to see in the city and made sure we had everything we needed, he even arranged for us to get into our room before check in time. The room was really spacious and clean.

t quite simply perfect. The location is great, a two minute walk to the station and 5 minutes to the centre of town. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond the necessary. Free dinner and breakfast was always a treat as well. I would definitely recommend and return to this hostel.

Great location. Awesome breakfast and dinner (it's free!). Staff are helpful. The only downside is that several rooms (mix dorms) share a bathroom so there were often people waiting for the bathroom in morning.

Very friendly reception from Adam who took me around the hostel and made me feel at home - just a shame that I was only staying for one night. The double room was very spacious and comfortable

Best part is the breakfast and dinner, both of which were free and have a ton of selections. Hostel is right next to main train station and made up of a few apartments in the same building, with one of them having the main kitchen and common room (though every apartment has each). Facilities were fine, no bunkbeds was a nice break from the norm, lockers in the rooms, and the staff was incredibly helpful (especially with Polish public transportation). Definitely one of the more intimate hostels.

I have been traveling for 2 months and easily one of the best place I have stayed at. They go above and beyond their ordinary job. I cannot recommend this place enough. Do the vodka tour, completely worth it.

Best hostel I have ever been! Very friendly stuff. They offer free, very tasty food for breakfast and dinner. To give the hostel 100% points there should be a toilet mor in the main living room.

This is a great place to stay at!It's next to the train and bus station,the shopping mall galeria krakowska and it's in the centre.They serve the best breakfast(cheese,ham,salad,cereals,toast etc) AND good dinner.You get to meet ppl easily.I rated cleanliness average because in the main reception floor,12 people have to share 1 toilet,plus people visiting the common room or kitchen.Besides that staff is very friendly and you get loads of information
