A wonderful, clean, family run guest house. The owner is very kind and puts thought into details to ensure everyone has a good stay. She provides information and maps of the city and a lovely breakfast in the morning. we were lucky enough to get some mango from the guesthouse's garden with our breakfast. The garden is nice; it is enclosed and provides a nice sanctuary from busy Jakarta. Taxi easy to find nearby. I highly recommend staying here. You will be comfortable and well cared for.

Very nice guesthouse; feels like home :) We even got a small souvenir when we left (after 2 nights). However, it is next to a school. If you stay here during school days and don't like the sound of kids in de morning (from 6.30 am onwards), bring some earplugs.

A very hospitable, safe and calm place to stay in Jakarta. It is the perfect respite fromthe craziness of Jakarta city, and Elizabeth our host was attentive and kind. Highly recommended.

Just one word, fantastic! It was such a pleasure staying at Wisma Tujuh. You couldn't ask for a nicer person than Elizabeth to host you. She was extremely kind and gave us very good advice on the various destinations. The place maintains a very authentic atmosphere and as advertised is cozy, comfortable and nice, just like a home away from home. It is without a doubt my choice for a stay in Jakarta. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Elizabeth was extremely nice and helpful. The school is a bit loud, but I can imagine worse things than waking up to the sound of enthusiastic children. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone, very clean, homey feel to it and friendly people. Also relatively quiet compared to the overall Jakartan chaos surrounding it!

it was exactly the kind of place you need to stay at in jakarta- an escape from the pollution and heat and all! the staff were lovely, the atmosphere was peaceful and it was away from the main backpackers area, which is pretty dodgy
