The original building was the house of a well known construction engineer from Zajecar, Jovan Jovanovic, built in 1938. Three floors were added and the building was converted to a modern hotel in 1997..
There are nine rooms in the hotel 'Grinka M' (two single rooms, six double bedded rooms, one room for three) and three suites.Some of the suits are available with a balcony.The rooms and suites are stylishly furnished. Each room is equipped with telphone, TV set and de luxe bathroom.
The buffet and the bar services are available in the restaurant which sits twenty people.
The hotel has ample parking facilites providing safety and complete security for guests' cars.
