The location is good. We have our own bathroom. The room and bathroom are clean. The breakfast is good, but is not enough to make us feeling full. The drawback of staying in this hostel is that it is very difficult to find the staff during the stay. So, we don't recommend new visitors to stay in this hostel, since they don't get immediately help when feeling any diffculties.

Amazing hostel! I felt like I was staying in a hotel!! We were 4 people, so we got an entire room to ourselves, together with an en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was already placed on the bedside table. The room was bright and spacious. The host was extremely polite and friendly and gave us each a map and told us the attractions we must visit and the buses we could take to get there. Domani, the host, can converse in English so there's is no problem at all for English-speaking guests.

Recently renovated appartment in a old-school building next to the Termini station. Room + private bathroom were really clean! Emiliano, the host, is very friendly and helpful: thanks again for finding printing solutions for our visit vouchers :) Beware that the surroundings of the station are pretty busy and the windows are still single glassed so it can be disturbing for light sleepers... Overall, good value for money in Rome.

really clean and friendly place, but really noisy. the windows were old and we couldn't manage to close them properly. the rest was just great.

This is a FABULOUS place to stay. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Guest Haus. I am a 20 year old student who wanted a CLEAN and safe place to stay with 3 friends for 4 days during a spring break study abroad trip to Rome. Guest Haus far exceeded my expectations, especially for the veryyyyy low price! We stayed in the 4 person room- 3 girls and 1 boy. Emiliano was a great host. Room was spacious with bathroom on the outside but you have your own keys for the bathroom. About 5-10 minutes walk to the Termini Train Station so location is convenient. But once you know how to get around Rome you can pretty much just walk anywhere, that's what we did. We would recommend this guesthouse if you want somewhere private and clean.

Loved the staff! So friendly and helpful, and the hostel is only a block away from termini station, so it's really easy to get around. The rooms and bathrooms are big and super clean! Plus the breakfast included is perfect. This is a great hostel. I would absolutely go back.

Great service, absolutely clean, good location, good space, good heating. Private bathroom outside the room. Basic but enough breakfast on a coffee shop on the same block. The only negative topic is that the rooms that face the street can be very noisy during the night.
