Pros: Wonderful Georgian family, location close to the metro station (one stop from city center) Cons: allowed to smoke in the hall so the smell is everywhere, especially if you live on the second floor. Not the fresh conditions of the bathroom/room: not enough sockets in the room, scoth-repaired sockets in the bathroom, no bath curtain so everything is wet when you take a shower. Not enough hot water in the shower (thus it is perfect in the washbasin), quite cold in winter on the second floor.
