We are located next to Daitoku-Ji Temple, a Zen temple famous for its gardens. Also, we are quite near to The Golden Pavillion (Kinkaku-Ji).

Bon Guesthouse is in a quiet and peaceful part of Kyoto. The owner is the most helpful and friendly man. The Hostel is lovely - traditional Japanese, with a lovely sitting room, kitchen and outside court with showers, basins and toilets. Dont be out off with the toilets being outside - standard toto toilet with heated seat and all the extras! My room was quiet and peaceful and I slept great. I would reccomended - even though it is far away, lovely Japanese experience.
