Overall this is a nice, clean, friendly place to stay. It was however further from the main part of town than we expected & we had difficulty finding it with the directions given. It would have been very helpful to know to turn right after getting off the passenger ferry, walk around 2 bays, then when you see the soccer field go the grocery store directly behind it, up those stairs & the next set of stairs then walk for another 100m. We were also there during a heat wave so with no AC it was hot

Great stay here, the room was excellent and the owner was lovely. Very clean and comfortable, also had air con which was a blessing! Would definitely return to Hvar and happily stay at guesthouse Dvoshko again.

The guesthouse was fab! Lovely rooms with lots of space, nice outdoor lounge area to chill and everywhere was very clean. Susanna the owner of the guesthouse is amazing! Very friendly and welcoming, she gave us loads of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. I would definitely stay again!

Location is a little inconvenient; a 15-20 minute walk from Hvar town - part of which is uphill. The hostel itself however is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The owner of the hostel is extremely lovely, fun and very informative.

My sister and I had a private room, which was nice enough and had a private balcony that we enjoyed. Our main complaint was the wifi, which rarely worked in any area of the hostel. The kitchen facilities were standard and cleaned daily, but heavily used by all guests.

Susanna made us feel very comfortable at Guesthouse Dvoshko. It was very well located, and the other guests were nice, contributing to a positive atmosphere. I recommed everyone looking to stay in the lovely city of Hvar to rent a room at the Guesthouse.

The rooms are very basic - which was fine for us as we are students. Hostel is an easy walk to the centre of Hvar town. The people that stayed there were friendly. But for us the best part was Suzanna, the owner. She went above and beyond what was necesary to help us. Eg she met us at the bus station and helped us get us and our luggage to the hostel, she reserved ferry tickets that we otherwise would have missed and even called the next hostel we were staying at to explain we would be very late

Staff is really nice, good location, always willing to help you out and say where and what is the best places to see and go to. On top of that they are great at recommending places that truly have great food and value.

This hostel was perfec! Suzana was the best host, so friendly and gave us so much information on where to go in Hvar and helped us to book day trips! We felt at home as we were looked after so well. All the facilities were clean and were cleaned daily during our 5 night stay. Only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and 10 minutes the other direction for the town centre. Local supermarkets nearby too which was great as we cooked most nights.

Suzane was the most warm and attentive host, she made us feel so welcome. We booked a double with an ensuite and we couldn't believe we were staying in a 'hostel'. The standards of the facilities were brilliant, everything was super clean. There is a gorgeous terrace and a well equipped kitchen and Suzane had paid real attention to detail. We would certainly stay here again, we could have stayed much longer! Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Nothing was too much trouble.. Fantastic hostess. Guests get a discount at a great restaurant in the central square of hvar, we used it twice! Great ensuite as well. Room stayed so cool we didnt even use the air con.

I am glad, you have enjoyed your stay in Hvar!

Suzana is a brilliant host who had a lot of local knowledge so advised us on all the best things to do. We were surprised with an upgraded room which was very spacious, clean and comfy. Suzana gave us a shuttle service on our arrival however if you visit in high season this may not be available and so I recommend getting a taxi from the Port as it is tricky to find. Bit of a walk into town but beautiful route, we loved Hvar and this guest house very much. Will return in the high season!!
