The staff was really nice, the room was clean and it was pleasant to have working air conditioning. However, the shower did not work and nothing was done to fix it. Also, there is no breakfast, which is weird for a B&B. Aside from the shower, our stay was pretty good. The neighborhood is kind of shady, but then this is Naples. Never felt actually unsafe. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away if you're just looking for an affordable place to sleep.

Air conditioner in sales blurb but did not work resulting in sleeping with windows open and getting bites. Advertised with WiFi but isn't, it's hard wired broadband and so cannot use tablets or own computer. Hotel keyboard is an unconfigured mess, press : to get / and & to get ? etc. plus there is no possible way to get @ symbol which is essential for emails.
