Our stay in this guesthouse was short, as we came during the night at 2AM and left at 10AM, but the manager was very kind and helpful to leave us all information in front of the main door. Everything was OK, the beds, the big bathroom, everything was clean, the only thing that could be better was the breakfast (some bread and orange juice would be nice).

The host is really nice and friendly. The apartment was spacious and you had space to relax and get comfortable. Direction to the place was a bit tricky from the train station, Genoa P. Priciple.

Nice and safe environment, located not far from the train station and the city center.

Great location, close to the train station (less than 5 minutes), takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the centre of the old quarter. Supermarket down the road. Friendly owner, who let you be after you've been shown the apartment (they aren't on premise). Breakfast is your typical Italian breakfast. Rooms were clean, curtains probably would have helped with keeping out the noise from the motorway. Think no frills, great for value.

If you can`t imagine breakfast in Italy without a proper cup of espresso, you will be disappointed. Breakfast was poor in general, cornflakes, yogurt , croissant. Flat itself is clean , but has very little character! No towels in kitchen or bathroom! Also mattress was flat in the middle, and, in my opinion, was screaming to be changed! Good thing is free wi-fi, which was greatly appreciated!

Really nice traditional place. The people in the other rooms were very friendly tried to bang the Italian girl in the other room but to no success and Stefan was like a father figure to me and i loved being in his presence.

The owners were very nice and extremely helpful, giving us safety tips and directions to places in Genoa they thought we would enjoy. They were always available for us to call in case we got lost or needed help. The rooms are large, airy, clean, and very pretty. There was free wi-fi, which is always nice, and a very good complimentary breakfast.
