Easy going B&B, very close to the city center. Simple Breakfast and clean. Never seen the owner, everything worked via postbox. But without any problems! Owner is available via phone. Tablets are available out during the stay for free!

Upon arrival to the "hostel" I found my name written on an envelope by the door with a key to the front door and the door of the apartment. No the safest of things... Also, when I placed my request, it was for a private room with a double bed. I even verified this upon arrival, but the room that was left for me (with another envelope) was a room with three twin beds.

Stefano was extremely helpful and friendly, great facilities, plenty of space, right near the metro and of course free wifi!

Actually, we did not stay in this hostel. It had some issues, so the owner (Stefano) booked another nearby hostel for us. It was more expensive, but he paid the diffidence and even came to help us, when we had some problems in this other hostel. It was the best thing EVER :) Thank you!!! I recommend this hostel, because they will take a good care of you!

Good good good. But very noisy. Outside the window is big street, backside is railway. Under the earth is metro. In front of the window is big harbour. And one more? Near the airport^^ but very comfortable.

Great little cozy Hostel run by a very nice & open-hearted owner. It's located right next to the cruiser harbor and the city motoway - The Metro, a bus station, an ATM and restaurants are around the corner. Stefano gave us many useful advices and insider tips about the region and how to find the best spots. The hostel was clean and we got a basic breakfast as well. WiFi and even free-to-use tablets were available!

Far away! But cheap

Good location, but very noisy because of road traffic. It's an apartment on the third floor, with three guest rooms, one common room, a kitchen, bathroom and small balcony. Kind staff.

It was so great! Like you are in your house. Owner was so gentle. You have free breakfast, with milk and juice. Also coffe and cappucino if you want. Microwave in the kitchen so you can use. We booked 4 bed private by mistake then we change it without any problem. Most of people don't do that. Thank you for that. Hope we'll be in Genova and stay there again.

A good hostel not too far from the trainstation. Very nice owner! You get an "ipad" for every room and can use the wifi, which is perfect! The only thing I can complain about is that the road outside was very noicy and the breakfast was really poor. Othetwise it's a good place to stay one night :)

Overpriced. Otherwise great.

Stefano is a kind and helpful host. This is simply a large apartment with three bedrooms, a good kitchen and a large typical apartment bathroom (not at all hostel-style) which was nice. It is water-front with great views and 50 metres from the Dinegro metro station. Very convenient. Washer-dryer in apartment. Only hassle was lack of an elevator to go up 3 floors.

This hotel is right near a metro which is good for getting around because its not the closest walking distance away from the city. The walk from the main train station is okay. They have a laundry which is convenient.

This is a no-frills hostel, it is clean and the location is good, considering that the centre of Genoa can get quite dodgy, this area is safe and steps away from the subway stop. Each room has a tablet pc for the guests to use, which is a really nice touch! The hosts were not there to welcome us, but instead left a series of notes that led to the key, I personally didnt mind, it was sort of a scavanger hunt ;) All in all, we were pleased, good value for money.

Mr. Stefano is really kind and helpful

Nice cosy place, enjoyed my stay here. The guy that looks after the place is really nice and helpful. It definitely is no frills though, the kitchen is very bare - you've only got a microwave. No handwash or hand towel provided in bathroom. Breakfast is fine for the price you're paying. Good free wifi and a tablet computer is provided. Washing machine but no dryer - there is space to hang your clothes outside.

a typical B&B, the overall cleanliness is well kept. Stefano is a very nice person.
