Nice guesthouse located close to the centre of Split. Good facilities within the room (e.g. tv, air con), though we emailed in advance about using the kitchen, only to be told when we arrived that this was not possible. The owner was a miserable sort who grudgingly let us into her abode. Great place to stay if your a couple, just don't expect the friendliest welcome.
