I highly recommend Guesthouse Nara Backpackers! Takeshi and his wife are incredibly nice and friendly. The hostel was originally owned by a tea ceremony instructor so theres a lot of rustic charm and a beautiful garden with plenty of modern amenities. I would highly recommend anyone staying in Nara to check this place out!
