When we arrived, we pressed the buzzer and were 'greeted' over the intercom by the manager, who told us the key was in our room, make ourselves at home and he'd see us the next day. I had hoped to be greeted in person by someone and to have someone available to help answer questions for the next days outing. Kitchen was tiny and not set up well to have more than two people in there Also, when the power went off one morning, we had no one to call and no idea where to find the manager
