The room did not have an aircon, but it had a fan. The owner was helpful and kind which made the stay a bit better. Overall I believe the room price is way too high compared what you get. Same money you will find tons of better places to stay.

Location is good depending on what u want: walking to the bus station 10min, to the city center(old town) 30min, to the beach in Lapad 25min. The s also bus stop near the house. Some restaurants quite near the house. Very nice small and cozy. Clean kitchen where there's also a computer with internet.

When we stayed here we were looking for a place open all hours and well-located. The 24/7 reception was helpful and the place is easy to find (if you have a map). It suited what we needed, although the place is massive, so it was a little more difficult to find like-minded travellers that wanted to go out for a drink.
