Wonderful service offered by friendly ans approachable staff. Fantastic food with six choices of traditional Japanese dishes, including a vegetarian option. We cycled 22k around the lake at base of Mt.Fuji on bikes that the hotel gave to us. Well catered for, with private access to onsen with the best view ever. We had no need for anything other than that provided.
