Guesthouse was nice, just teenager sports teams were there so made quite a lot of noise, but that has nothing to do with the guesthouse itself. The breakfast was good. When I arrived, staff didn't tell me when the breakfast and check out time was and did not seem very interested in me. But the receptionist when I was checking out was very nice and helpful. Overall, a very nice guesthouse!

A great breakfast is included. The rooms are very small for 8 people & having only 1 Power Point the room is very frustrating

A very big establishment that obviously caters for a lot of people, if you're looking for something small and more intimate then this isn't the place for you but the dorm beds were comfortable, the showers and toilets were separate but clean and well maintained and the breakfast buffet was very substantial, which is great ahead of a long day out. Staff were really helpful and access was good via bus around the city.

cheap and value for money. worth staying

The one thing I found frustrating was the wifi. It required me to register using a phone number. However, I don't even have a phone with me. Most international travelers who do don't have working SIM cards to take calls and instead rely on wifi hotspots to find internet, which they can't access before registering. This means that even though there is "free" WIFI, it's nearly inaccessible to visitors.

Rooms were small but aside from being a bit cramped they were clean and wifi worked well. Breakfast was the best ive had in a hostel.

One male staff member was constantly very rude to our group blaming us for staff faults and the bathrooms were cleaned AFTER peak shower times (midday and only once) so bathrooms were never clean. Room itself was good and location wasn't too bad. Breakfast was good

More packing spaces please.

This is more like a hotel than a regular hostel. Lockers are in the hallway and you have to pay to use them.

Excellent breakfast, but wifi only available in the common area

One entry card for the room while travelling with 2 people, no lockers, nothing much to do there, only people you're likely to meet are your roommates.

The breakfast provided was good and it was near the city centre but we had trouble finding it.

The dorm was a bit small but overall very clean

Fantastic hostel with hotel feel. The inclusion of breakfast is fantastic however there are no kitchens to prepare food yourself. The hostel attracted a whole range of ages and is not suitable if you are looking to find a big group to go out drinking with

This place is fresh and clean and provides an excellent breakfast. The only issue that we had was with the staff. They were rude constantly. They made us feel like an inconvenience when we asked to pay they told us as much and asked us to do it later. We actually avoided going to reception because of the way we were treated. Sorry for inconveniencing you with our custom.

+ Fantastic location, great staff, awesome common space!! - No kitchen facilities, but you can buy something at a restaurant inside. I had a terrible wi-fi and my room seemed to be a little bit steamy.

check in was slow, built for school trips, not for backpackers. Reception staff weren't capable of dealing with big school groups and us. Staff also failed to call our tour to collect us leaving us waiting for over an hour and we were offered no discount or compensation and had to do the tour next day. kids constantly running around without supervision, Sound of music showing is not a priority. great breakfast, many opportunities for a free meal during the day. Could use more outlets .
