Veronique couldn't be more helpful. A lovely host who was very understanding and accommodating. Recommended!

Quite a nice place, really clean and comfortable. Veronique was very helpful with telling us of ways to avoid the ultra touristy bits of which there is much. Plus she has a cute dog called Louis

As it was allready said here, Veronique, the owner is just perfect for her guests and gives very good advices. The place is very nice and quiet. It is also very well situated in Bruges, because it is at the frontiere of the modern city (but really very near from the centrer), and so you can easily park your car across the river and you are at 5 min from the guest house.

People say that Veronique is nice and helpful. That the place is clean and comfortable and that is all true. But when I'm paying such a big amount of money for staying there I expect that everything I see on the photos is allowed to use. The first thing that Veronigue is telling you that the garden,living room, kitchen are not allowed to use (except kitchen during the breakfast). Veronique, I suggest taking down the photos of those places or give the information about it on the add. Good luck ;)

The only problem we have with our stay at The Swan is that it was not long enough! The house is beautiful and Veronique was a tremendous host. She was super easy to communicate with before and during our stay, and she was no shortage of great recommendations on restaurants, bars, places to see, and things to do. As promised, we were treated to a bountiful breakfast of delicious breads, pastries, cheeses, coffee, etc. My girlfriend even made a new best friend in Louize, Veronique's little dog!

My partner & I absolutely loved our stay at the Swan. From Veronique's personalized map with all the greatest places to eat and drink to her sweet little dog, it was perfect. We stayed in the larger room which was gorgeous, and breakfast was great. Veronique has a fantastic location and her home is simply stunning. A perfect host and a perfect stay. We definitely recommend! We will be back!
