The staff - especially Shan Shan - were amazing. Very helpful and fun. Location is great for all transport and central amenities. A very relaxed city, and would highly recommend this hostel (as other veviews mention, it is more of a hotel than hostel) to anyone interested in visiting the cityThe staff - especially Shan Shan - were amazing. We have been here only for one night. The rooms were spacy, but one room had no window. The hostel had no restaurant. The staff is very friendly and speaks English very well (especially ShanShan or Lulu with her English name). It is a clean place in a good location in downtown Guilin close to many attractions and transport hubs.
