Very good atmosphere charachter of hostel and staff. The location would improve if there was a sign on the main road, showing the direction to the hostel.

We booked a 4 bed dorm and got a 6, there was no 4 bed dorm, I don think they should be able to advertise if it is not there, there was no wifi either. This is not a hostel more of a share house which means no reception and they expect you to arrive at your estimated time otherwise no one will be there, I wouldn't go here if you are traveling by yourself , the house is not in Cascais so you need to have your own transport if staying here as public transport is poor and its not close to the beach

Hi guest. Thanks for taking time to reply to our query but I'm sad at the same time for having seen your disapointment. In fact we have a 4 bed dorm but we are flexible to accomodate our guests as best as possible so what we did was change the 4 bed dorm into a double(upstairs) and put you in a Mix 6 but with 4 people the whole of your stay. The option of no Front desk is to let our gusts feel like home and not like a Hotel unit and so far we only have positive reactions. But we cannot please everybody so hopefully you can understand. The bus stops every 30min at the hostels front door and I was always ready to give the guests rides and private transport around Cascais for free as most of them apreciated and took advantage of several times from and to Cascais and the beach, I would love to have you here again despite your previous experience and give you all the attention needed.
