Four Floor Mikeladze Family owned house / apartment building with 18 newly built, clean, quiet rooms on the top three floors with two shared bathrooms with hot showers on each of the top three floors.
Comfortable chairs and sofa in common area between rooms and open balcony with fresh air and sunshine.
Two Kitchens are available for guests to use and an open garden area to relax and organize group dinners or special parties. Friendly daughter, Sofo speaks fluent English and Russian and Mother, Gulnasi speaks Fluent Russian and some Turkish, both very friendly and helpful to answer questions and give directions to guests. Recommended in the most recent 2008 Edition Lonely Planet Guidebook.
