Mustafa went above and beyond to make our experience in Goreme remarkable. We had read the positive reviews prior to booking and thought, 'is this guy for real?', but let me assure you, yes, he is that wonderful. Enjoy your stay!

Would highly recommend this place! Mustafa is a very hospitable host. He was in touch before I arrived to organise transfers for me and organised all my activities during my stay. Guven Cave is run more like a hotel at hostel prices. The only thing I would say is maybe shop around for balloon rides rather than booking through Guven Cave and the shower in the bathroom sprays water everywhere as it isn't enclosed. Minor details in what was a very enjoyable stay.

Guven is a nice place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful but only the main guy speaks english. There isn't much of a vibe here and if you stay in a cave room there is no natural light (seems obvious doesn't it?). If you stay in an outer room it will be smaller and the shower will not be separate from the rest of the bathroom. But generally an good place to stay, more of a hotel than a hostel.

This was a great hostel. My room was very clean and the room was cleaned everyday. Even though I left some shirts thrown on the floor the cleaners folded them and placed them neatly on the edge of my bed. Mustafa was a wonderful host and I cannot speak highly enough of him. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay at Guven Cave. Mustafa, the manager is extremely friendly and helpful, going out of his way to make sure your stay is pleasant. His recommendations for a hot air balloon ride was great and saved me some money. The company, which he works for are not well known on the internet because they are new but they were extremely professional and the trip couldn't have been better. The hotel was in an excellent location and they picked me up from the bus stop which made it easy.

This was a great place to stay, and I've stayed i many pensions/hostels in Turkey! Mustafa was more than helpful, and made a number of suggestions for things to do and see. He even lent me an umbrella when it rained, a warm jacket for the balloon ride, and drove me down to the market and up to Uchisar when he was heading there himself. With a great view of the valley and fairy chimneys, only a short walk into the centre, and everything clean and secure, this place is highly recommended!

Guven Cave Hostel (Hotel) is a 1 minute walk to the main square in Goreme and so is a great base to explore Cappadocia. The staff were helpful in providing information and booking tours.
