Both receptionist and owner were a delight! Especially the receptionist (whose name I've unfortunately forgotten) - he was ALWAYS ready to help and concerned of our well being!

As a solo traveler looking for a bit of privacy and still a very cheap rate, I got what I wanted and more out of Guven Cave Hotel. The staff were amazing and generous with their tips, they booked a fantastic tour for me and gave me hiking suggestions that really maximized my two day stay! Waking up to a ginormous, delicious free breakfast with an amazing view of a ton of hot air balloons setting off over the gorgeous panorama was a seriously decent way to start the day.

The hotel itself is new, modern and very clean, plus it's less than a 10-minute walk from the main street. But the best part, by far, was the excellent staff and service! They helped us book our tours, answered any questions we had, and bent over backward to make sure we had a great stay. We had to leave the hotel at 6:30 a.m. to catch a flight, and one of them actually made us sandwiches to take with us. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent staff who are friendly and extremly helpful with all enquires. the staff go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. great location close to restaurants and shops, great view from the terrace and dinning room. highly recommended

The concept of a cave hotel is fantastic and Guven is one of many in Cappadocia. It is very close to the center of Goreme and therefore easy access to the buses, tours, and self walks. The receptionist (owner?) is a bit creepy but that it was to be expected after my experience with other Turkish men. Nice hotel and i would certainly stay there again.
