We booked for 3 nights and stayed 6 because it is comfortable and clean, low key and friendly. The staff, especially the owner Mustapha and Sadat, are very helpful, informative, and kind. Mustapha speaks great English. The hotel is just out of the main town centre but close to everything. The arch rooms have private balconies and although some bathrooms are old, there are plans to remodel them befor 2015. Great sunrise balloon watching from the terrace, which also has laundry lines.

Great place to stay! Sadeh and Mustafa were friendly and very helpful in making our stay the best possible, including giving advice on what areas were best to visit at the time! Hot air ballooning was organised via the hotel, we chose Air Kapadokya, Mustafa was our lovely pilot and it was a great experience! Breakfast buffet was delicious with so much variety. Beds were comfortable, rooms were dimly lit adding to the ambiance of the cave style, shower/toilet area were clean.

The location of this hostel is excellent, walking distance to Goreme town centre. We booked two cave-like double bed rooms which were clean and nice. Mustafa the owner was very helpful. He helped us to book cheap airport transfer service and hot air balloon ride at a very fair price. Our balloon ride was cancelled on the first day due to bad weather and it was fully booked on the next day. Lucky for us, Mustafa managed to get us seats and he himself piloted the balloon flight. How cool is that!

Nice and clean room, great staff. We definitely would choose this hotel if we have opportunity to visit Cappadocia again.

Location is good, just a 5 minutes walk from the bus station. The room was very tidy and clean. Breakfast was excellent, they served tea in common area all the time.

Great spot to stay, comfy rooms and nice patio area to relax after a long day. Staff are great and helpful with booking activities. Great brekky too.

The hostel is located at a really walking distance from the city Center. The staff is always attentive to your needs. Breakfast is super complete which is a big plus. Bathrooms are a bit weird but nothing you cannt handle for a couple of nights.

Very centrally located and close to many nice eating places. Mustafa who runs Guven cave Hotel was an excellent host and a thorough gentleman. Mustafa is also an experienced Hot Air Balloon pilot and gave us all the guidance and encouragement to take the ride. It was out of this world and the experience was awesome - difficult to express in words. A must do if you visit Cappadocia. The breakfast every morning was also great and very wholesome. A highly recommendable place.

We had an excelent stay at Guven Cave Hotel. The staff helped us a lot even before your trip giving us tipps and booking shuttle and other tours for us. When we arrived in Cappadocia, we were very frendly welcomed with drinks and the staff helped us to plan what we could do on your stay. The hotel was also very clean and in a good location. Thanks again Mustafa and the rest of the staff for the awesome stay! Renato and Daniela

The hostel is about a 10 minute uphill walk from the main bus station, so it wasn't exactly fun to pull 50 lbs luggage up on a mini-hill. The hostel's page says they can provide transfer from the bus station, but they never responded to my e-mail. Staff were nice enough to let me use the computer. The room itself was pretty cave-like and cool except that the only window opened into the hallway. There was no air circulation in the room, so I ended up with a massive migraine.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our hotel. However, I feel I must respond to some of the criticisms you made in your review. There are lots of buses arriving Goreme with the same bus company which you used. We can not stay at the bus station all day, for all of our guests its easiest if you give us a call so we can come and pick up you in 2min. Our Hotel is exactly 320 m a-way from the bus station and it does not take a 10 min walk. We will use your review to improve our service. Regards,

One of the best and nicest hotel i've been staying during all of my trips!! Simple but yet very comfortable and absolutely clean. Location is great, only 300m from the bus station! The staff is supreme, they are very friendly and nice, always ready to give help and informations if needed! I had a very pleasant staying at the guven hotel. I would totally raccomand this hotel to anyone!! A special shoutout goes to the fantastic homelettes made during breakfast! Well done!

We really enjoyed our stay at Guven Cave and we definitely reccomend this hostel. The rooms are clean, very good breakfast and the terrace is super. The location is also very good, very close to the center and bus stop. What really makes the difference is the superb staff. They help you organize tours, air balloons and other activities. I would also reccomend Air Kapadokya if you choose to do the air baloons as Mustafa (the hostel owner) will most likely be your driver. Highly reccomended!!

Helpful and welcoming staff, really good breakfast, clean and nice room, lovely terrace! Perfect place to stay! Highly recommended!!!!

Our stay at Guven Cave Hotel was fantastic - the staff (and particuarly Sedat) did everything to make our time in Cappadocia as fun and easy as possible. This Hotel/hostel also does great value balloon rides and will organise your airport transfers and any tours for you. The breakfast is delicious, with omelettes made to order every day plus muesli and yoghurt. The location is also close to all the main things you'd want to see, including the open air museum.

Great experience at guven. The staff is fantastic and gave us great recommendations on everything from the balloon ride w mustafa to dinner and shopping. My gf and I will definitely stay there again next time.

We stayed in a cave room during the end of July and despite the hot temperature outside the room was always nice and cool. It was quite small and there wasn't really anywhere to sit besides on the beds or the floor. There wasn't ever a problem waiting for the shared bathrooms however I don't think they were cleaned very regularly during our stay. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful in explaining hot air ballooning, hiking and day trip options. Good location.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were happy with the suggestions they gave us for activities and no one tried to sell us anything.

I really recommend this hotel. Awesome location and staff. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Our stayed there was really good , especially because Mustafa helped us with the tours and etc .... Cappadocia is a awesome place one of the best the I have been in my life ! More one time thanks Mustafa for everything. Abraço do Brasil. Pedro

The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Mustafa. The breakfast catered for different tastes and was excellent.
