The hostel could do with a bit of an upgrade or just some maintenance. But the place was fairly clean. It was in a great location and the staff were great. Plenty of optional extra (and free) things to do during the week. Would definitely recommend.

Very good for most part, except the Wi-Fi usage, not available in the room.

Good stay there, (like in the YHA I stayed so far). Nice and helpful staff. Good strong bed, big individual lockers, activities by night. Very clean, hudge restrooms, convenient kitchen and location. Cheap internet. Full continental breakfast. Nothing to complain about, exept the alcool free policy, but you can't do anything against it...

Such a great location. Really easy to walk around and very central to everywhere.

The hostel is okay, but it lacks in common areas. There is one big common area with TV, what is the place where we have breakfast, but it is uncomfortable and the space is not enough for everybody. Because of that, it is likely you have to stay inside your bedroom when you are in the hostel.

Great Location and great staff, have stayed her a few times, and always enjoy its proximity to everything in Boston, free breakfast is a plus, it would be nice for there to be a more lounge type area to relax rather than just meal tables.

I enjoyed my stay, but I have to say that there are not enough bathroom and restrooms on the first floor.

Nice hostel, well located with a lot of restaurants very close and reasonably clean. Security is ok (lockers in the room), ans staff is very friendly and helpfull. They have a lot of activities that you can freely join. I would choose it again if I were coming back to Boston.

The hostel was nice but quite old fashioned and sometimes the bathrooms were not that clean! Staff very friendly and always very helpful. There are various events to get people together which are really good! Location ok easy to get to the subway and food near by.

Remove the carpets in the rooms. Carpets accumulate dusts and odors.

The accomodations were standard- bed sheets, blankets, towels (plus free shower soap!) and so was the breakfast- bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal. The hostel hosted a cocktail hour during my stay (free drinks and chinese food) and the staff there were really nice and helpful. The shower stalls could use some minor fixes (and I did not like being charged $3 to store my two tote/shopping bags in a locker while out shopping on my last day- other hostels have allowed me to do this for free.

staff was nice, especially the cute dark haired receptionist which I would ve fallen in love with, had I stayed some more days. We had a free museum visit, which was much appreciated. Room was ok, only problem would be the A/C that we had to enable to renew the air (opening the window would ve been cool). downtown is few minutes of taxi away, ayou can also use buses. and there are pubs nearby, so good location.

This is not a very social hostel and there is not enough communal space.

The staff was very nice. The wifi was spotty . . . but it was okay because I met several people as we teamed up to try to get our computers online.

The worst hostel that a i ever stay. It was dirty, messy and has a lot of noise. I felt insecure. The wi-fi doesn't work. Phillipy, who make my check in, is a annoying, rude, sinic, sarcastic and a unhelpful person. I do not recommend, really
