Location is ideal for NCA Chicago. Excellent discounts at local restaurants. The staff helped me find places around town, and the only reason cleanliness was not 100% is because the floors needed vacuuming. Location is ideal for NCA Chicago. The first morning I was there, one of the two toilets was stopped up, and urine water was spreading into the other stall and the neighboring shower stall. The second morning I was there, one of the two shower curtains was gone. Great hostel! The rooms were big, the breakfast was free and they had ping pong! Loved the free activities they offered (we did the walking tour and the pub crawl) and all the staff and volunteers were super friendly and helpful. Would have been a perfect stay had it not been for roommate that spent an hour trying to pack her suitcase at 6 in the morning. Great hostel!
