Great hostel! The rooms were big, the breakfast was free and they had ping pong! Loved the free activities they offered (we did the walking tour and the pub crawl) and all the staff and volunteers were super friendly and helpful. Would have been a perfect stay had it not been for roommate that spent an hour trying to pack her suitcase at 6 in the morning. Great hostel! the room was nice, met a few nice people. Staff were shocking, seriously they need to learn how to smile and understand they're in the service industry. If you're having a bad day and you take it out on paying customers, then you need to get into a different field of work. I didn't cop attitude from just one staff member at reception but all. This place is in the financial district which means it is close to cool stuff (the bean, harbour) but not so close to bars and stuff at night (but its nothing a short subway trip can\'t solve). I didn\'t like how many school groups were at the hostel.
